About me

I am a San Francisco native passionate about making the world feel a little less lonely for people.

My belief is that life is about growing and healing, and no one really has it figured out. It is a journey filled with ups and downs. In it we experience hardships, joy, obstacles, love, heartache, miracles, and lessons throughout it all. These experiences feel better when we have someone to share them with. I will provide you with a safe space to share, process, reflect, learn, and heal from these experiences.

I attended City College of San Francisco where I received an A.S. in Social and Behavioral Science, before transferring to San Francisco State University where I received my B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Counseling, and later on my M.S. in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage Family and Child Counseling with an emphasis in College Counseling.

It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your life journey and assist you in your healing process.
